What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept advance payment by wired bank transfer or paypal.
Can you provide photos of your stock?
Yes, of course. We can send you sample photos of pretty much any model or grade you would like, according to your order.
How do you handle shipping?
For EU shipping currently we’re using GLS courier. Outside EU orders are send by Fedex via international priority packages.
Can I use a different transport company?
We are opened for costumers who’d like to send their own courier of choice to pick up the orders.
What mobile phones do you sell?
Stock is pretty flexible and changes on daily basis. Nonetheless all of the devices comes from EU distribution with EU specifications.
Are phones simlocked?
99% of our stock is free of any operator blockades and will work with any sim card you put in. Simlocked devices are marked with (sl) symbol on our stocklists.

Do you add phone accessories?
No, phones are sold without accessories and original boxes. We might have them though so feel free to ask if interested.
Do you sell phone accessories separately?
That highly depends on your needs, feel free to contact us about it.
What is the minimum order quantity?
That depend on stock you are interested in mostly. We dont mind to deal with some smaller ones to let you test our product on your own as long as there is a chance for successful constant orders.
Do you give any guarantee?
Yes, we give 30 days to test the product just make sure that warranty seals are intact.
